No, there is no obligation to mediate. You decide for yourself whether and to what extent you want to recommend or promote products. The only requirement is compliance with the applicable conditions of participation and legal requirements.

No, an existing customer relationship with Telekom is not a requirement. The program is aimed at private individuals as well as the self-employed, entrepreneurs and tradespeople.
