The MobilMeister Telekom sales partner program enables you to sell telecommunications products to interested parties and receive a commission for doing so. You can act flexibly and independently and pass on your recommendations to friends, acquaintances or customers.
No, there is no obligation to mediate. You decide for yourself whether and to what extent you want to recommend or promote products. The only requirement is compliance with the applicable conditions of participation and legal requirements.
All relevant information about tariffs and products is made available to you within the platform or via the information channels provided. If you have any questions, you can also contact support.
No, an existing customer relationship with Telekom is not a requirement. The program is aimed at private individuals as well as the self-employed, entrepreneurs and tradespeople.
The contract is concluded directly between the customer and the respective provider, usually Telekom Deutschland GmbH or an affiliated provider such as congstar.
MobilMeister acts as a sales partner and provides the platform for brokering telecommunications products.
No. Participation does not create an employment relationship with Telekom or MobilMeister. You act independently and at your own risk. It is not permitted to pose as a Telekom employee.

Yes, the program can have different status levels. These are usually based on the number of successful and commissionable placements within a certain period of time. Details of requirements and benefits are provided within the program.
For successfully placed and confirmed orders, you will receive a commission in accordance with the applicable remuneration overview. The credit will be credited to your partner account and can be paid out or redeemed according to the options offered.
